S.P.I.D.E.R. , before being delved into as a method, can be visualized as a verb that defines a series of actions or behaviors aimed at promoting safety. Just as spiders skillfully and anticipatorily weave their webs to trap prey and deter predators, using the SPIDER method as a verb means to:

Can instructor still use their cell phone?
Yes/. Thats the point. You dont have to provide them with any new hardware. Instructors would use their existing device.
Which number would student see and will it change everytime?
We will assign a dedicated phone num,ber to your organization and students and parents will always see the same nu,ber caling.
Can I use my schools phone number?
Unfortunately this is not posible.
How are calls tracked?
All calls and text messages are tracked based on the staff thats calling and students thats being called. You can see compLete history of all calls and messages and CONTENT of both. Anytime.
Can I prevent communication during certain times?
Yes. Our software has a set of settings that you can adjust that can prevent either student or instructor to initiate a communication. So if you dont want them to talk at 11PM on sundays, you can prevent that.
Can instructor call any students or only those with appointments?
That is up to you. With our extensive settings you can control with whom and how instrctors interact with students.
Does instructor need an app?
NO. Our software is fuly web-based and all they need to do is log into their instructor or student portal to start conversation.
Does your software work on both PC and MAC
Yes. And not just those. Our software also works on Androids and iPhones, iPads and tablets. Any device except maybe BlackBerry (Wait. What is Blackberry?)
Schedules, classes and account information for students is accessible anytime anyplace 24/7. So if a student need to know whether an in-car lesson is scheduled for tomorrow morning they can login at anytime to check that. Its that simple.
Does this service cost instructor anything?
No. The instructor will not be paying any extra fees. The phone call or text message that they are making is like any other call or text message.
